Goals: Toks helps you reach your goals using lots of practical personal exploratory methods. She encourages an inner calmness and grounding peace within the mind of a person.   Some methods used are movement, meditation, visualization, silence, reflective thinking, role-play, pair work and home work! She believes that when you learn something positive for your life you have to practice to make it part of your life and she demonstrate this in her life.
