Why are numbers important?
Why meditate with numbers?
This is a phenomenal task – working with numbers. I cannot claim to know much about this but I do ‘feel’ the numbers strongly when I sense them or look at them or touch them or smell them! Working with numbers helps us to expand our consciousness and life experiences in a way that can encourage break-through, transformation and inner knowing that help in creating foundations that work and flow. For me, meditating on the power of numbers, helps us to see through the veils we put up in our own lives and that of others. It helps us to see the ‘story’ we are telling ourselves and heal deep personal wounds of our past. Numbers are like ‘tuning forks’ that show our beliefs, doubts, sadness, pain and our joy, power, confidence, triumphs and courage. For me when used energetically they encourage deep energy shifts.

1 represents change – the beginning of a cycle, new beginnings, new journeys, new creating, a time to look forward and not backwards. Moving your energy forward may be difficult to do when you have spent a lot of time moving backward or standing still. What do you need to ‘erase’ with the number 1. Where do you need to stand strong in your life and in your identity and integrity? In your reflection of yourself with yourself how do you respond to yourself? How are you honouring your self with the number 1 vibration? How are you learning the wisdom or lessons over the total number of years you have lived. How are you loving yourself with the energy of 1? The I AM Presence. Spirit. God. Adonia. Monad. Celestial. Unity. Self Sufficient. Leadership. Initiation. Taoism “Tao begets One, One begets Two, Two begets Three and Three begets all things.”
11
11 represents many complex meanings with multiple reasons and purposes. It represents changes that have to be followed; that happen whether or not you are ready for the changes. It could come as a great earth quake or a gentle breeze with the sound of a lovely waterfall. The number 11 invites you to flow with it gently and then without waiting for your response moves whether you are ready or not; whether you want to or not. It involves a deep inner shift within the cosmic consciousness and cosmic unconsciousness of a person within their DNA structure. Take a look around you and see what is happening. It deals with hard facts and harsh reality. It deals with extreme beauty and GRATITUDE! It is about the balance of life and nature. It is now being activated strongly as we are ready to receive and use it. For me it is a love portal, a truth portal, a happy portal, a transfer portal, a protective portal from the memory of time and no time. It is a gateway of light for channelling light and codes and wisdom and happiness. For me it is a bridge connecting visible and invisible realms known and unknown. A spiral of energy forming from two spiralling energy. As I mentioned earlier it has many multiple and multi-dimensional meanings. We will be exploring this in the workshop meditations. This year started with 1.1.11. 1-11-2011 adds up to 7. When you multiply 1111 by 1111 you get 1234321, representing a pyramid. The number 11 is a sacred number of the pyramid, as the proportions of the great pyramid are a ratio of 7:11. Eleven is also a number harmonious with Pi. Energetically it is the pyramid with 11 steps or doorways or pillars. Pioneers. Leadership. Freedom of Choice. Unite. Balance. Sacred Union. Together.
1 and 11 in our body
When we look at our body we are a 1 when we stand tall with our hands on our thighs. We are an 11 when we stand with feet hip width apart and hands raised high. Just standing like this invites in and activates our own 1 power and 11 power. Awakening. Power. Balance. Spiralling Twin DNA Coding.
CHANGE
Making changes does not come easy to a lot of us, let alone accepting we may need to change. Change is about letting in more happiness in our lives – happiness that serves you and humanity. Sometimes we know we have to change and yet we do not or we feel we cannot. Even a little change goes a long way. Remember the saying: A Journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Try to be honest with yourself first before you look at judging another person life. How different are you really from that other person? Sometimes looking at another person’s life distracts from your own need for change and keeps you in the NO of your life and not the YES of your life. Remember not everyone likes to see you change for the better. Another saying: One can never fathom another person’s mind. Change involves many emotions with lots of different thought patterns that can be both positive and negative. In listening to our desire or insight or knowing for change we continue to seek our own answers within us. Sometimes in the silence is the answer. Sometimes in the noise is the answer. In finding the answers to your deep questions you learn a lesson about your life, your decisions, and your thought patterns. This is not a time to blame but to accept your own part in the story in the his/her-story you have all created collectively and individually on Mother Earth. With change starts a new journey and a new chapter and a new book and a new way. Welcome to the New Chapter in your AKASHIC Records.
Jennifer Hoffman in her message from Uriel says: Why do you ask the Universe for answers when you are the answer you are seeking? What you want out of every experience, the lessons you have to learn, the healing that is available to you and the peace and understanding your soul seeks is already within each experience. You can go from one lesson to another seeking answers but each lesson has the answer for you, only one is required. Every lesson is a complete experience when you pause long enough to allow yourself to hear the answer. And the answer is always within you.

For me the 29.1.11 or 11:1:11 is about the greatness in all – even in the ugliness – for from the ugliness comes the greatness and beauty. A Lotus Flower blooms in dirty water. So in celebration of your greatness:
- Have 11 gifts to give away to 11 different people. They may be people you know or do not know. But give with the 11:11 energy. These are blessing gifts. They travel round you 11 times!!! They are not expensive gifts – today we can get gifts for £1. However you may be able to afford expensive gifts and want to give to someone you revere and appreciate so that is OK too. As mentioned earlier: This year we have: 1/1/11, 1/11/11, 11/1/11, 11/11/11. TRY this exercise: take the last 2 digits of the year you were born plus the age you will be this year & see what you get. UGLY 11
1) New York City has 11 letters

This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets interesting:
