CELEBRATING OUR TRIUMPHS: Sometimes in the back of our minds, we find the mind playing it’s own movie of thoughts that can block and sabotage our hard work, desires, wishes, goals and vision. Being aware of your positive and negative mind games can be a very useful way to help yourself stay on top of your life. Taking time to yourself helps you to move your energy, to be more conscious of these thoughts that may come up and play out in your mind and in your life. The Full Moon is a time to look at all this and appreciate the gloriousness of your life. What have your triumphed on to get to where you are right now?
LIFE IN BALLET: Watched the Australian Ballet Company perform Swan Lake at London Coliseum on Sky Arts TV. It was very different and very moving. The same story plays out of betray, love unrequited, love stolen, love returned, love lost again. The pain of relationships and the intrigue of emotions that play on our hearts. Who is right? Who is wrong? The wife, the lover, the betrayed, the betrayer, the husband? The interplay of relationships among friends, family and work colleagues plays out as they take sides and change sides. Life is a journey as we try to find ourselves as we live through our vulnerability. A truly amazing performance.
