Auspicious Moments in May

ENERGY OF NOW: New Moon & Sun in Gemini

on 28 May 2014  (Actual time of New Moon in London 19:41 BST London)  Element Air

Air Can you see through the air? Yes.  Can you hear air? Sound of the wind or water crashing on the waves.  Can you smell air? Perfume or cooked food.  Can you touch/feel air?  Wind against your palm, your face.  Can you see air?  Air is free and needs to roam freely.  Gemini is the mental explorer and loves to be free like air. When you listen to music you like; when you watch dancing that you like; and when you sing the song that you like THAT is freedom and that is movement in air.  Air cannot be seen but it creates sound.  We live surrounded by air.  Without air we will die.  We all need to breathe in fresh air.  We all need to breathe in and out slowly and quickly. We all need fresh air to help improve our breathing, lungs and oxygen intake into our body.  Breathe in and out. Breathe in and out slowly.  Breathe in and out quickly.  Welcome to Gemini air.

Twins  Gemini is the sign of the Twins.  Twins can look alike or not look alike e.g. one can be tall and the other short.   They can have similar personalities e.g. both stubborn and difficult to  please.  They can have different personalities e.g. one is serious and the other more relaxed.  They can like or dislike the same things or different things. 2 sides. 2 ways. 2 same. 2 different. Two sides to any story.  Check everything twice – You may find this annoying with this energy of the New Moon in Gemini as you can be quite impatient.

Number 2  As mentioned earlier we have 2 sides to a story. 2 ways. 2 same. 2 different. 2 in a relationship.  2 in a partnership.  Union.  Partnership.

Relationship  Two people together make a relationship, but what type of relationship?  What type of union or relationship are you seeking with this New Moon?  Business, Soul Mate, Friendship, Intimate, Sexual, Professional, Family? Gemini loves relationships,talking and communicating.  They love active minds and alert quick minds.  This really is a good time to look at your wedding vows, as well as, any forms of union you have in your life.  This is a time to look at and reflect on your relationship commitment values and your spoken and unspoken language.

Polarity & Duality The Law of Polarity states that everything is dual – there are two poles or opposites to everything physical, spiritual and mental.  We are talking about extremes and opposites of the same thing e.g. good/bad, love/hate, summer/winter, like/dislike. We can hate someone and as we get to know them begin to love them.  So we see that love/hate is extreme emotion of the one thing or person or situation.  You may  hate to exercise but through doing it regularly learn to love it and look forward to doing your exercises.  New Moon in Gemini is a good time to look at the polarity and duality in your life; and teach yourself about change; and maintain balance, focus and detachment.  A spiral energy of the rose is soft to touch, beautiful to behold, lovely to smell, yet has thorns that can prick and hurt you and make you bleed!  We have to be aware of the emotions that things bring out in us e.g. like the rose when we see it and dislike it when we bleed from its thorns.

Signs, Omens, Symbols Looking for signs, omens and symbols in your life can be a good way to get messages about your life.  However what will you consider to be a sign, an omen or a symbol; that is sending you a message?  Could it be your restlessness, your unpredictable spirit, or a sign on the bus or billboard?  Welcome to the alchemical magic, alchemical change and alchemical  duality of Gemini.

Capable  We are capable of more than we think we are.  It is an amazing statement to accept in your life.  “I am capable of more than I think I am.”  Let that statement cushion you with comfort and smiles.

Walk-Ins  Are you suddenly feeling energies around you?  Are you suddenly waking up from sleep and jumping up like there is something beside you or in the room? And you look around you and find nothing?  Are you suddenly, without warning, seeing a person walk towards you, or through you, or pass you?  AND then realise that no one is there but you!!!!  Sometimes you may jolt and feel them pass through you or come out of you.  Some Walk-Ins are looking for bodies to enter and stay in for a while or permanently; while some are not.  This is very Gemini and Mercury energy – sudden, quick, fast, here and then gone energy. The effect of this experience may have you jolting suddenly and quickly.  You will know whenever your jolt was because a Walk-In tried to enter you and did not. You may feel uncomfortable after an experience like that; but you will feel happy and know that it is good to be vigilant and aware.

Are you a Walk-In? I believe most Walk-Ins want to control a person by interfering with their  path, actions and decisions; and some do not.  It is nice when you invite in a Walk-In.  It is not nice when a Walk-In forces itself on you if you do not like it.  It is like you are being ‘raped’ energetically when you are being forced to do something you do not want to do.   When you send healing to people who have not asked you to; or you decide it is for their own good; and your way is correct; and they need the healing because your ‘higher self’ says so – I question this concept of your ‘higher self’.  Who are you to interferewith that person’s life?  If your ‘higher self’ tells you to break up a partnership because you decide with ‘your higher self’ that the something or someone is not good for a person;and then send energy to break them up; you are acting as Walk-Ins! You are ‘peeing’ on their lives like the dog in the picture.  You are intruding on their lives and karma.  Think about that!  Would you like it if someone did that to you?  No you would not.  Think about the cause and effect of such thoughts. Remember what goes around comes around.

Thoughts There are no idle thoughts.  Gemini is an Air sign and is a quick thinking sign that loves talking and hearing the sound of their own voice. The planet MERCURY is the God of communication on all levels. Thoughts are quick, restless, active and busy.  Sometimes they can be stale, old, bad, destructive and lethal.  Sometimes they can be rewarding, optimistic, kind, happy, friendly fresh and supportive.  What do you think the lady in this picture is thinking?  What is she doing while she is thinking these thoughts?  She is smiling and dancing.  She is moving in air.  She is inviting in with her smile and her lovely expression.  Her expression is happy and her thoughts are happy as you can see them alive in her energy body and alive in her physical body. What type of thoughts do you keep?  Do they empower you/others?  Do they degrade you/others?  What are the words/thoughts you use on yourself/others?  The Energy of NOW with Gemini makes you want to communicate.  Gemini have a lot to communicate; if you will listen; and they love an audience who will listen to their pearls of quick wisdom.  We  each create our reality with out thoughts, feelings, words, actions, and deeds; so we really need to be vigilant with how we use the spoken and written words, as well as the thinking and feeling words.  Thoughts are powerful with this New Moon.  Thoughts create visions.  Feelings create emotion.  Words create decrees.  Actions create things. Everything is energy and energy has consequences, as well as cause and effect.  Be aware of your thoughts and take responsibility for them.

New Moon in Gemini Action

Gemini likes to make new friends and catch up with old friends too.  What new friends have you made?  What old friends did you catch up with?

I went to the Mind Body Spirit Exhibition this weekend and had the most wonderful time.  It was the Energy of Gemini that sent us to stage area because we had looked at the wrong date and wanted to watch Ruby Wax.  Instead we experienced, saw and heard the magic of Gemini.

We sat watching Melissa Belly Dance and the Mahira Girls dance a Queen Cleopatra story that was so beautiful and colourful to watch.  The smiles, the focus and the movements all created a spontaneous excitement of life and death, with strong emphasis on triumph over negative forces. We saw the duality and polarity of life dancing in front of us with passion and spontaneous abundance. When we saw that Tim Wheater was performing next, there was no moving me from my seat.  Out came the recording device and the camera to take pictures.  Listening to Tim’s voice has always moved me.  I have ALL his CDs. I have known him and listened to his work for over 15 years and each time I hear his voice and music I am happy.  That is pure fact.  I am happy when he sings his overtones with no words.  I am happy when he plays the flutes and the various musical instruments he charms us with.  For me he produces healing relaxing melodies that put you in a trance state of deep sleep and inner knowing.
