You train your mind to become more flexible, reflective and aware.
Physically, the body is part of the ascension journey. This is Embodiment. Physical embodiment may involve: better self-care, improved stress management, healthier habits, greater awareness of bodily signals, rest, movement, nutrition, and balance. It is important to learn to listen to the body as it becomes an ally rather than something to ignore. The question is – How do I look after my body?
Practically, Soul Ascension means living everyday life, practically, in conversations, choices, actions, behaviour, and habits. It is making better decisions and having healthier relationships. It is creating stronger boundaries and living according to your values. It is finding greater purpose and managing challenges more effectively. Soul Ascension is NOT A SINGLE SPECK OF DIRT.
